Moxie missing at TownSquare Verified listing

Moxie ran away during the fireworks around TownSqaure area. - Jan 1, 2022. He ran off towards the Sama Townhouses.My friend's mom was taking him out for a walk & didn't notice the time when the fireworks started.He is a shihtzu mix, white & grey in color and he was wearing a red with white polka dot scarf. He's very scared & may be skittish. He responds to his name and "take a bath time." Please keep an eye out. My friend is devastated and has reported to Dubai Municipality.
