At Lila, we bring our love of Mexican cuisine to Dubai through time-honored traditions and authentic wood-fired flavors, both celebratory and comforting. Our menu is anchored in heirloom corn brought directly from small farms in Mexico, which we nixtamalize and grind daily to create the best quality hand-pressed tortillas and tostadas. We offer a full coffee program with beans roasted in-house, sourced from Chiapas and Guerrero, and daily salsas and aguas frescas made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
